A letter to all households registered on the electoral register will be available for collection at the Chilsworthy Village Fete (being held on Saturday 7th August 2010 commencing at 1pm) containing this information. Come and meet your Parish Council and collect your letter from the Holsworthy Hamlets Parish Council stall. Alternatively, we will post your letter to your home address at the end of the fete .......

Following years of obscurity the very first Minute book, recording the Holsworthy Hamlets Parish Council meetings from 1900 through to 1963, has been scanned and uploaded onto this website. It was recently presented to Holsworthy Museum on permanent loan to ensure its preservation but prior to the presentation the Parish Clerk undertook to digitally preserve all 258 pages of handwritten script to give worldwide accessibility to this valuable historic document charting the Parish Council's activities and issues encountered during this period. The Minute Book image files are downloadable through a compressed zip folder of 24 Mb.
